The Chief Donald J. Burns Memorial Grant provided by the Society of Fire Protection Engineers and funded by Bentley Systems supported this research. Siemens provided equipment and resources such as a customized Fire Alarm Control Panel. The Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute rovided resources and facilities to accomplish full-scale ? re testing.
